The Japanese Head Spa Co. stand draws a crowd at Professional Beauty London

Two years ago, we arrived at Professional Beauty London with Japanese Head Spa on our stand and a simple hope:

to start more conversations.

We didn’t know who would stop.

A salon owner curious about Head Spa. A therapist looking for something different. Someone who had seen the treatment online but had never experienced it. And, sometimes, someone who simply walked past — then came back ten minutes later with a question.

That is the thing about a great industry show. You never quite know who you are going to meet.

And now, somehow, we are coming back to London for our third year.

We Remember the Conversations More Than the Crowds

Of course, exhibitions are measured in numbers.

But when we think about the last two years, it isn’t the numbers we remember most.

We remember the people.

The practitioner who had been thinking about adding Head Spa for months. The salon owner who came back the next day to ask another question. The conversations about what clients are asking for now — and what they might want next. The people who trained with us and returned to tell us how their business had developed. And the familiar faces who come back year after year.

That is why we exhibit. Not simply to put our name on a stand.
To meet the people behind the industry.

From “What Is Head Spa?” to “How Do I Do It Properly?”

Perhaps one of the most rewarding things to witness has been the change in the conversation.

A few years ago, many conversations began with:

“What exactly is a Japanese Head Spa?”

Today, they sound very different:

• “What training should I look for?”
• “How can I introduce Head Spa into my existing salon?”
• “How do I make the experience really good for my clients?”

That change matters. Because it means Head Spa is no longer simply something people are curious about.

Professionals are thinking seriously about how to deliver it, build businesses around it and make it part of the future of wellness. And we feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of that journey.

We have learned as much from these conversations as we have shared through them.
