Brand Ambassador commission will be processed 30 days after the client’s completed booking or completed order fulfillment to ensure transaction integrity.
Payouts will be issued via the payment method on file in your account on the last working day of every month provided you have requested a payout (see requesting payouts section below)

To move up through the tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) you will need to hit your key point indicator (KPI) targets 3 months in a row:

Bronze Level: £2500 on a monthly basis

Silver Level: £5000 on a monthly basis

Gold Level: £7500 on a monthly basis to keep your Gold Status & Benefits

Minimum Monthly Sales Targets that need to be adhered to:

Bronze Level: £500 on a monthly basis

Silver Level: £2500 on a monthly basis

Gold Level: £5000 on a monthly basis

If you do not make any sales for 60 consecutive days – Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to terminate any Brand Ambassador agreement.

Bronze Brand Ambassador Benefits: 5% customer discount | 10% commission per order | 20% sitewide discount 

Silver Brand Ambassador Benefits: 5% customer discount | 12.5% commission per order | 20% sitewide discount

Gold Brand Ambassador Benefits: 5% customer discount | 15% commission per order | 20% sitewide discount

REQUESTING COMMISION PAYOUTS

To request a payout > log in to your account with your username and password > go to your dashboard and click on the tab “affiliate dashboard” ( here you can see all the stats of who has used your code, how much for and how much commision you have earned) > go to settings and fill in your bank details and save > go to payouts and request a payout for the amount that can be claimed > once your request has been submitted you will recieve your funds into your bank on the last working day of the month

(Commission pay runs are processed once per month and cannot be brought forward or moved. If you miss the submission deadline, your payout will be included in the next scheduled pay run.)
