Revenue Share Processing
All Brand Ambassador Revenue Share earnings are subject to a 30-day validation period from the date of a customer’s completed order or fulfilled booking.
This holding period is in place to ensure transaction accuracy, confirm order completion, and protect against cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Once the validation period has passed, eligible Revenue Share will be approved for payout.
Order Completion & Revenue Share Timing (Important Notice)
Please note that shipping and fulfilment times may vary for Japanese Head Spa equipment and larger orders.
For this reason, an order will not be classed as fully completed until the item has been successfully delivered to the customer.
As Revenue Share is only released once an order is confirmed as completed, this may extend the standard 30-day validation period in cases where delivery times are longer than usual.
This ensures all Revenue Share payments are accurately processed following full order fulfilment, delivery confirmation, and completion of any applicable customer support period.
Ambassadors should take this into account when estimating expected payout timelines for higher-value equipment orders or international shipments.
Monthly Payout Schedule
Approved Revenue Share payouts are processed once per calendar month, on the last working day of each month.
Payments are issued using the payment method registered in your Ambassador account.
To receive payment for a given cycle, Ambassadors must submit a payout request via their dashboard prior to the monthly cut-off date.
Full instructions for requesting payouts are outlined in the “Requesting Payouts” section below.
Please note: payout dates are fixed and cannot be brought forward, delayed, or issued outside of the scheduled monthly pay cycle.
Ambassador Tier Progression Requirements
Ambassadors can progress through Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers by consistently meeting monthly performance targets.
To qualify for promotion, the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) must be achieved for three consecutive months:
🥉 Bronze Progression Requirement: £2,500 monthly sales (3 consecutive months)
🥈 Silver Progression Requirement: £5,000 monthly sales (3 consecutive months)
🥇 Gold Status Requirement: £7,500 monthly sales (3 consecutive months)
To maintain Gold status, Ambassadors must continue achieving a minimum of £7,500 monthly sales.
Minimum Activity Requirements
To ensure active participation in the Ambassador Programme, the following minimum monthly sales thresholds apply:
🥉 Bronze Level: £500 per month
🥈 Silver Level: £2,500 per month
🥇 Gold Level: £5,000 per month
Failure to meet minimum activity requirements may result in a review of Ambassador status. If no sales activity is recorded for a continuous period of 60 days, Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Brand Ambassador agreement.
Brand Ambassador Benefits by Tier
All Ambassadors provide their customers with a consistent 5% discount on all eligible orders.
Ambassador Revenue Share and benefits vary depending on tier level:

5% customer discount
10% Revenue Share per eligible order
20% sitewide Ambassador discount
🥈 Silver Brand Ambassador
5% customer discount
12.5% Revenue Share per eligible order
20% sitewide Ambassador discount
🥇 Gold Brand Ambassador
5% customer discount
15% Revenue Share per eligible order
20% sitewide Ambassador discount
Requesting Revenue Share Payouts
To request a payout, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account using your username and password
2. Navigate to your Dashboard
3. Click on the Affiliate / Ambassador Dashboard tab
(Here you can view all referral activity, customer usage, and earned Revenue Share)
4. Go to Settings and ensure your bank details are correctly entered and saved
5. Navigate to the Payouts section
6. Submit a payout request for the available balance
Once your request has been submitted and approved, your Revenue Share will be processed and paid on the next scheduled monthly payout date.
Important Notes
*Revenue Share payouts are processed once per month only
*Payouts cannot be accelerated, rescheduled, or manually released outside the pay cycle
*If a payout request is submitted after the monthly cut-off date, it will automatically be included in the following month’s payment run
