This Hybrid Head Spa is Plumbed in to be able to use the shower head function, however if your workspace is small or doesn’t have a water supply this unit can work as a free standing unit (without the use of the showerhead) as the halo itself is sufficient enough to wash all product out of the hair, this is exactly like our white head spa but without the tank (the tank on a white head spa is used solely to service the shower head) both our Black Hybrid Plumbed Unit and our White 60L Tank Non Plumbed Unit work in the same way to cycle the water to the halo by pulling water from the basin through a filter by a water pump that pushes the water through a water heater that comes back out into the basin via the Halo
