Our certified engineers are trained across all major Japanese Head Spa systems and are fully equipped to diagnose, service, and repair key components including pumps, filters, heaters, and internal mechanisms.

Emergency Breakdown Call-Out Service
Prices start from £200 and Include;-
✔ Remote Video Assessment – Free
A fast initial video diagnostic to identify the issue, eliminate unnecessary call-outs and charges, and speed up repairs.
✔ Parts & Repairs – individually priced
If parts are required (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.), they are quoted individually and supplied at cost. No work begins without your approval.
✔ On-Site Emergency Repair – from £200
If the problem cannot be solved remotely, an engineer will attend your location for a call out fee. Whenever possible, we repair and replace parts on-site during the visit to minimise downtime.
✔ Stand-In Unit (If Required)
If your machine must be taken away for repair, we aim to supply a temporary replacement unit where available.
Please note:
If your machine was purchased from Japanese Head Spa Co., this breakdown fee applies when the issue is caused by misuse, negligence, damage, or unauthorised modifications, even if the unit is still under warranty

In-depth checks of water pumps, filters, heaters, sanitation components, and overall machine operation.
✔ Preventative Maintenance Plan
Expert guidance to extend the life of your machine, prevent breakdowns, and maintain consistent treatment quality.
✔ On-Site Repairs & Adjustments
Where needed, components are repaired or replaced during the same visit to keep your business running smoothly.
Warranty Visits
For machines bought from Japanese Head Spa Co. ONLY within the 6-month manufacturer’s warranty:
First Call-Out: FREE
When the issue is confirmed via video assessment and cannot be resolved by sending a replacement part.
Subsequent Warranty Visits: £150 per visit
Applies to follow-up appointments, additional issues, or maintenance visits not covered under warranty conditions.
