1. Affiliate Tiers

All new affiliates will begin at the Bronze Tier. As they enroll more students, they will advance through the following tiers:

1. Bronze Tier: 0 – 25 students enrolled
2. Silver Tier: 26 – 100 students enrolled
3. Gold Tier: 100+ students enrolled

Tier progression is based on the total number of students successfully enrolled through the affiliate’s referral.

2. Unique Affiliate Codes

Each affiliate will receive two unique codes:

1. Student Referral Code – This must be used by students during their enrollment. Commissions will only be awarded if the student applies the training academy’s unique referral code at the time of purchase.

2. Training Academy Discount Code – This code allows affiliates, as training academies, to purchase Japanese Head Spa Co. products at a discounted rate.

It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that their students use the correct referral code. Failure to apply the designated student referral code at checkout will result in commissions not being credited.

3. Payout Schedule

Affiliate commissions will be processed 30 days after a student’s initial enrollment to maintain the integrity of the program. Payouts will be issued via the payment method specified in the affiliate’s account.

4. Eligibility and Participation

– The affiliate program is open to approved affiliates only.

– Affiliates must maintain accurate and up-to-date account details to remain eligible.

– Any misrepresentation of information may result in suspension or removal from the program.

5. Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake student enrollments, or manipulation of the referral system, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any commissions earned.

6. Program Modifications

Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued participation in the program after any updates signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to terminate an affiliate agreement at any time, without prior notice. Any pending commissions may be forfeited if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines, including but not limited to those related to advertising, marketing, and data protection.

9. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use Japanese Head Spa Co.’s branding, logos, and trademarks for promotional purposes, provided they adhere to brand guidelines and do not misrepresent the company in any way.

10. Confidentiality

Affiliates are required to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by Japanese Head Spa Co. and must not disclose such information to third parties.

11. Liability

Japanese Head Spa Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from participation in the affiliate program.

12. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Japanese Head Spa Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their participation in the program.
