1. Sales & Eligibility

As a Brand Ambassador, you are eligible to promote and sell physical products only—including our Cherry Blossom Range, Head Spa Units, Head Spa Beds, and other approved merchandise.
Commissions are not available for any course or training enrollments.


2. Ambassador Codes

Each Brand Ambassador will receive two unique codes:

  • Customer Discount Code – This is the code you will share with clients. It must be used at checkout for your rewards to be tracked and credited.
  • Ambassador Discount Code – As an Ambassador, you will have 10% discount sitewide (not incl. training)

It is your responsibility to ensure your clients apply the correct code during checkout. If the code is not used, the transaction will not be credited toward your rewards.


3. Reward Schedule

Brand Ambassador rewards will be processed 30 days after the client’s completed booking or order fulfillment to ensure transaction integrity.
Payouts will be issued via the payment method on file in your account.

To move up through the tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) you will need to hit your key point indicator (KPI) targets 3 months in a row:

Bronze Level: £2500 on a monthly basis

Silver Level: £5000 on a monthly basis

Gold Level: £5000 on a monthly basis to keep your Gold Status & Benefits

Minimum Monthly Sales Targets that need to be adhered to:

Bronze Level: £500 on a monthly basis

Silver Level: £2500 on a monthly basis

Gold Level: £5000 on a monthly basis

If you do not make any sales for 60 consecutive days – Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to terminate any Brand Ambassador agreement.


4. Eligibility & Participation

– The program is open to approved Brand Ambassadors only.
– Ambassadors must maintain accurate and up-to-date account details.
– Any misrepresentation may result in suspension or termination.


5. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-purchases for reward gain, fake referrals, or manipulation of the referral system, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending rewards.


6. Program Modifications

Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


7. Termination

Japanese Head Spa Co. reserves the right to terminate any Brand Ambassador agreement at any time, with or without prior notice. If fraud is detected, all pending rewards may be forfeited.


8. Legal Compliance

Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and guidelines, including those related to advertising, marketing, and data protection.


9. Intellectual Property

Ambassadors may use Japanese Head Spa Co.’s logos, branding, and product imagery for promotional purposes, provided they do so in alignment with our brand guidelines and without misrepresentation.


10. Confidentiality

Ambassadors must not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information provided by Japanese Head Spa Co. to any third parties.


11. Liability

Japanese Head Spa Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from your participation in the Brand Ambassador Program.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Japanese Head Spa Co. harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from your participation in the program.
